A Community Hub & Working Farm above a Native Oak Canyon

 

Set in rugged South Orange County exists a ranch that has slowly developed over time.  Preserving the agricultural heritage and welcoming the new residents of the ranch is the Canyon House & Coffee & Esencia Farm.  Over 4 acres of native plantings, outdoor lounge and demonstration areas including; The Barn & Bar, a 1 acre working farm, the overlook bridge, a butterfly garden and food forest create a warm hub, celebrating community.

Where apartment living feels like a resort and a farm.

 

The beauty of Terrena started with the concept - of the earth.  The 2 resort pool areas provide ample respite after tending to one's garden bed or gleaning from one of the many fruit trees that abound the property.  Afterwards, residents can host an outdoor movie or BBQ party, and cozy-up around the community fire-pit before never wanting to leave.

A perfect marriage of architecture, interiors and landscape.

 

An eclectic, yet formally modern arrangement of experiences is highlighted by outdoor terraces and covered patios set within a lush landscape of adapted and native plants; including a fruit tree orchard, rose garden, kitchen garden and overlook path.
